Dear Community Members and Stakeholders,

We are excited to share the latest developments from Greendale Garden Cemetery as of February 2024.

Despite the prolonged process and challenges since taking on this development, as you know, we are committed to completing all outstanding documentation and opening the cemetery for interments as quickly as possible.

Since the last update, we have made significant progress:

• The Operational Management plan has been developed, submitted to Liverpool Council and approved.
• The Onsite Wastewater Management Assessment has been developed, finalised and submitted to Liverpool council.
• A draft Vegetation Management plan has been developed.
• A draft Operational Waste Management plan has been prepared.
• A draft Traffic Management plan has been formulated.
• An Occupation Certificate (OC)Checklist has been issued by the certifier and we are progressing through the requirements.

Our team has been diligently working on completing the necessary steps to obtain the OC with the private certifier and Council. While we are making substantial progress with all site works complete, a few remaining items still need to be addressed before the finalisation of the OC.
